Dazzle your guests with sparkling beaded fruit. Place the bowl under or near a lamp for that perfect glow.
Place beaded fruit inside the ring of a wreath then add a pear shaped candle in the center for a lovely table topper.

When decorating for Christmas consider the whole table including the chairs. Wrap up your dining chairs with ribbon and bows to compliment your festive table. These chairs were already a beautiful tan micro fiber suede as a base for the red ribbon, however slipcovers could be used to achieve this same look. In loving memory of Andree Grist.
For a festive wintery look, rest your candles in coconut. It not only looks nice, it also smells lovely. As a bonus the coconut absorbs the melted candle wax allowing for an easy cleanup.
Another option is to place your candles in salt, sugar or sand (as in this picture)
Do you have an angel or a traditional star sitting atop your Christmas tree? Highlight your tree topper by using wire ribbon or mesh and creating a large bow atop your tree. Tie a variety of small ornaments together using string or wire and set them on the bow then top it all off with your angel giving her a lovely nest to rest upon for the season. |
