A very serene bedroom with rich soft colors. The pinch pleated draperies in a gorgeous pussy willow print are hung from brass drapery rods with crystal finials. The floral printed duvet cover with matching shams cover the king size four poster bed and are trimmed in a twisted cord. Coordinating pillows and furniture finish off the room.
This striped pleated valance unifies the bay window and doors with pleats strategically placed. The length of the jabots as well as the arch of the treatment add visual interest to the room. Modern shutters add privacy, furnishings and interest to the room. Honeycomb shades are hidden under the valance for privacy when needed.
A couple of stationary drapery panels in the corners of this sun room help soften the room and bring your eye up to the high ceilings and the arched window without taking away from the backyard views. The drapery panels were banded with a generous chocolate brown band on both outside edges leading up to the three inch header. They were shirred on a decorative wooden spiral rod with acorn finials and cinched at the waist for maximum outside views.
Traverse drapery panels add height and flair to this living/dining room. Color balance is also achieved by carrying the brown tones up the walls, elongating the windows and highlighting the tall ceilings.
Stationary drapery panels shirred on a rod with a common valance. All you need is a utility rod for this window treatment, no finials, no special brackets, just clean and simple. A two inch header tops off the treatment. Honeycomb shades are hidden underneath the window treatments when privacy is needed. The panels are hung beyond the window casings adding width and height to the windows and filling the wall with fabric and softness.
