Notice the detail in this box pleated bell valance. There is self binding along the bottom edge and self piping along the top edge. It’s call a box pleated bell valance because it is pleated along the top edge keeping it a more tailored window treatment but piping is sewn into the bottom hem causing it to flare out bell shaped, hence giving it’s name.
