It is the unusual styles, uniquely hued walls or fabric and unexpected elements that get people to notice your room. Lively colored walls deserve a creative, unique window treatment, but, be careful not to let the room get to overwhelming. The color for the window treatment will work best if it is repeated somewhere else in the room, perhaps in the upholstery, a rug or even artwork. Use different fabric textures, trim or hardware to create a one of a kind style that gets your room noticed.
